Hypervisor Upgrade

In order to provide the best possible services to our customers, we will be conducting a cloud software upgrade in several of our SSD-VPS/Cloud Hypervisors between Tuesday, February 19th and Wednesday, February 27th.

During the specified time frames power actions and backup restores will be disabled for that zone.

Downtime for each VPS: 20 to 60 minutes.

Once maintenance is complete, we’ll re-enable each VPS and restore power actions and backup restore processes. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.

Update @ Tue Sep 4 20:33:45 BST 2018 - This server experienced a high resource consumption condition which caused resources to experience temporary unavailable conditions. This has been resolved and all services are available for use.

We are aware that there are issues affecting MySQL service on this server. We are working to get them resolved.

Update @ Tue Sep 4 03:06:58 BST 2018: We have experienced an issue with InnoDB storage engine and are working on restoring the corrupted databases. The restoration process is at 40% complete.

Update @ Tue Sep 4 03:59:34 BST 2018: All the affected databases have been repaired.

Main server's IP address is unresponsive. We are checking the reason currently.

  • Update Mon Sep 3 09:47:36 BST 2018: The server was under 30Gbit DDOS attack. Our network team is checking what can be done to correct th issue.

  • Update Mon Sep 3 10:25:41 BST 2018: The attack subsided and nullroute for the main IP has been removed. The server is functioning properly at the moment.
