Hosted Email Web-mail sending Issue

We are investigating reports from some users reporting delays with their mail delivery.

Further updates will be posted to our status page as we work to resolve these delays

UPDATE: We've seen a decrease in latency and messages no longer appear to be delayed. Our technical team are continuing to monitor the mail environment but consider this incident resolved.

Our operations team was able to identify and reboot the affected mailstores to bring services back online. We are still investigating the root cause of the issue.
