This is due to a change in delivery behaviour on Microsoft's consumer email platform, which is currently under active investigation. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. **UPDATE** Microsoft have confirmed that the issue has now been fully resolved and mitigated on their side. You should begin to see improved success rates going forward.
