Scheduled Maintenance - Frankfurt (FRA1)

Our teams will be relocating servers within our Frankfurt (FRA1) facility to improve the resource allocation and infrastructure management, which helps to maintain a high level of service reliability on 8th of July 2025 at 02:00 UTC until the 8th July 2025 at 08:00 UTC

We have carefully planned this work to take place during our standard maintenance window to minimise any disruption, however, clients will lose access to the servers for a period of time up to 7 hours during the maintenance window.

We ask that you stop any services, and save any work on your server(s) prior to the start of this maintenance.

While the maintenance on some services may complete faster than others, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of the full maintenance window.

We will provide updates here if any issues occur and appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
