This is a message to advise the following maintenance has been arranged. Please read the below carefully as further action may be required by you.
When:
Start Time: Tuesday, 10th February 2026 – 23:00 GMT (11:00 PM UK Time)
End Time: Wednesday, 11th February 2026 – 05:00 GMT (05:00 AM UK Time)
What's Happening:
We will be performing scheduled emergency maintenance to replace the busbars that distribute power to racks at our London data centre.
Why This Matters:
The existing busbars have a suspected fault. This maintenance is essential to ensure continued reliability and safety of the power distribution system, preventing potential service interruptions.
Impact & Expectations:
Total Outage - All devices in Aisle C and Aisle D will lose power during this maintenance period.
