London Data Center (DC5) - Service Disruption

2024-10-16 06:13:19 The disruption has been isolated to an interruption to a power feed and teams have implemented a temporary workaround to restore power to impacted systems. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

2024-10-16 07:33:58 Technical teams will be migrating all impacted racks back to their intended power feed within the next 30 minutes. This action will cause a loss of power for single powered servers in a subset of racks impacted by this incident.
A further update will be provided once all racks are completed. -
2024-10-16 07:41:34 We are conducting planned work to restore stable power to impacted systems in our London Data Center. Services are currently accessible, and our team is closely monitoring the process. Further updates will be provided as necessary.
