Scheduled Maintenance - DC5 Power Maintenance

**Planned Maintenance Notice**

**Maintenance Window:** Daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UTC), 12 November 2024 through 14 November 2024

**Description:**
As part of our commitment to enhancing service reliability, we will be conducting a server migration in our London DC (DC5) over three days. This migration will involve relocating live servers from Aisle D racks to address components potentially linked to recent power outages.

**Expected Downtime:**
Up to one hour per server during its migration. Once a server is migrated, no further downtime is expected for that server within the maintenance window.

**Impact on Clients:**
Throughout the maintenance period, both remote and on-site staff will be actively monitoring each server to ensure quick service restoration after each migration.
