UK2 will be conducting maintenance and operational testing to the power infrastructure system at it's London (DC5) data centre on Friday 25th May 2018 from 08:00 to 17:00 GMT. This work is non-customer impacting with the redundant systems on site.

Currently we are experiencing phone system issues which do not allow technical support to respond to phone calls. This is being investigated.

Servers went read-only and we are checking them now.

• Update Tue May 15 14:56:43 BST 2018: lon-cpanel2.uk2.net server is back and working fine. The lon-aether.safeukdns.net server is booting up still. Our infrastructure engineers were able to identify a broken hardware on SAN and are working on its replacement to avoid the initial issue.

• Update Tue May 15 15:17:31 BST 2018: lon-aether.safeukdns.net is back online and running fine.

We are aware that there are issues affecting the support ticketing system in CHI. We are working to get them resolved.

Update @ Mon May 14 08:52:33 BST 2018 - We have experienced an unexpected hardware issue. It has been resolved and the service is online and available for use once again.
