As part of our ongoing commitment to elevate our services, we're preparing to transition our WordPress and Shared Hosting accounts to an upgraded and more powerful infrastructure between the 18th of December 2023 and the 12th of April 2024. Rest assured that all your website files, databases, and other essential data will be migrated with meticulous care. While a brief downtime is anticipated during the migration, we are working diligently to keep this disruption as short as possible.

Phone system issue

Currently, we are experiencing phone system issues which do not allow Technical Support or Billing to respond to phone calls. This is being investigated.

9/22 12:50 BST We are aware that +44 (0)207 053 7698 and +44 (0)207 053 7694 are not routing correctly to our contact center. We are working with our vendor in order to correct the issue. Shared Hosting Email Services

We are currently experiencing issues with our email cluster, the services may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent slowness. This is currently being investigated by our operations team.

Update @ Thu Sep 13 12:46:42 BST 2018: We have identified the root cause of the outage as a DDOS and are working with our upstream network providers to resolve. This issue has the highest level of attention internally and we will provide additional updates as they become available.
