We are experiencing intermittent issues for sending on hosted email services and are currently investigating. We will update when we have more information.

Issue should be resolved however we are monitoring, let us know if you need any assistance with email services.

We are experiencing intermittent issues isolated to Cluster A for hosted email services. This affects webmail and IMAP services. We are seeing this only affecting a small subset of users at this time.

Update @ Mon Nov 5 17:42:29 GMT 2018 - Our team has been able to to recover our webmail services. We are still working on any ongoing IMAP service degradation. Update @ Mon Nov 5 18:42:23 MST 2018 - Our operations team has been able to fully restore the IMAP services for Cluster A. All services are now online.
