As part of our ongoing commitment to elevate our services, we're preparing to transition our WordPress and Shared Hosting accounts to an upgraded and more powerful infrastructure between the 18th of December 2023 and the 12th of April 2024. Rest assured that all your website files, databases, and other essential data will be migrated with meticulous care. While a brief downtime is anticipated during the migration, we are working diligently to keep this disruption as short as possible.

We are aware that their are issues with this server. We are working to quickly resolve them and get all services back online.

  • Update Sat Aug 24 12:55:42 BST 2019 The server was rebooted to restore service. It is now accessible for use.

Partial Email Outage

Date: 23 August 2019 Start time: 09.35 AM BST

RESOLVED - 13:36 BST: Our technical teams have fixed the issue with our hosted email service. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience or frustration we may have caused.

UPDATE - 12:53 BST: We are still investigating this matter where users in Europe/South Africa are unable to connect to our hosted email service.

UPDATE: Our technical teams have been engaged and we are currently working to resolve the issue affecting POP3, IMAP and Webmail connections to mail.uk2.net.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing some of our customers from accessing mail.uk2.net. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced during this period and we will keep you updated on our progress.
