As part of our ongoing commitment to elevate our services, we're preparing to transition our WordPress and Shared Hosting accounts to an upgraded and more powerful infrastructure between the 18th of December 2023 and the 12th of April 2024. Rest assured that all your website files, databases, and other essential data will be migrated with meticulous care. While a brief downtime is anticipated during the migration, we are working diligently to keep this disruption as short as possible.

Shared Hosting Website builder performance issues

We are aware of an issue with our website builder, where clients cannot log into the editor, and the websites are not visible from the web. We are currently investigating this and will post updates once we have them.

Main Website CHI Control Panel Outage

CHI Control Panel Outage Date: Wednesday, February 12, 2020 Start time: 13:56PM GMT Customers are not able to access the CHI Control panel. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause due to this issue.

RESOLVED: 14:08 GMT - Customers are now able to access the CHI Control panel. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience that may have caused due to this issue.

Interruption of power supply in London Datacentre

UPDATE: There was an interruption to some of the power supply in DC5 which has now been restored. Some of the services are still down and we are working to bring them back online as soon as possible.

Resolved: Our network department have resolved the issue all the servers are back up now. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience that may have caused due to this issue.

CHI Control Panel CHI Control Panel Outage

ISSUE: Following a power outage in our London datacentre, customers were unable to access the CHI control panel. This issue also impacted our ticketing tool.

  • UPDATE 00:53 GMT: Datacentre technical teams continue to bring services back online after a power interruption in our London datacentre. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused due to this issue

  • RESOLVED: 02:00 GMT - Customers are now able to access the CHI Control panel. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconveniences that may have caused due to this issue.
