UK2.NET DC UPS Maintenance Notice, scheduled 4 years ago

We would like to inform you that we will be performing maintenance of the UPS System in our London Datacentre from 12:00 GMT to 14:00 GMT on the 9th of March 2020.

During this window, the UPS backup to 3 aisles will not be available for up to 10 minutes. We do not expect any interruptions during this time.

We do not expect any disruption to the power supply. However, we cannot rule out the possibility.

During this period, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.

The UK2.NET Support is available to provide up-to-date status information or additional details, should you have any questions regarding the maintenance.

Phone System Live chat and Phone support outage- Fixed

UPDATE: Our tech support has fixed the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience you might have experienced.

Phone System Live chat and Phone support outage

We are investigating and seeking to resolve an incident which is affecting our contact phone service with billing team. We recommend our customers to join a live chat or raise a ticket if have any concern or query regarding payment. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

Shared Hosting Cpanel48 Connectivity Issue-Resolved

We are aware that there are issues with this server. We are working to quickly resolve them and get all the services back online.

Hosted Email Hosted email login issues

We are currently investigating reports of not being able to access webmail, or email via mail clients, which is currently affecting a small subset of our hosted email accounts. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.

  • Update @ 15:50 Our operations team are working on implementing a permanent fix. We will continue to provide updates as we work through this issue.

  • Update @ 17:22 A subset of users who try to connect to one of our IMAP nodes are not able to login to the webmail. This is due to the high load on the node. Operation team has been engaged and working on resolving the issue
