While a brief downtime is anticipated during the migration, we are working diligently to keep this disruption as short as possible.

We would like to inform you that one of our network providers will be performing maintenance to carry out a software upgrade in one of their datacenters.

The changes they intend to make will ensure greater stability of services, add functionalities for new solutions and add security and fixes recommended by our key vendors. The roll-out will be phased in service windows to minimise customer impact.

During this period, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures. As measures have been implemented to re-route traffic through alternative providers.
