Shared Hosting cPanel33 Outage

The server issue affecting cpanel33.uk2.net in DC5 is now resolved. However, some customer websites will continue to experience intermittent availability due to an ongoing DDoS attack that our technical team are working to mitigate.

We are currently investigating the outages for the cpanel33.uk2.net server. Our technicians are currently working on resolving this issue.

Shared Hosting cPanel33.uk2.net SSH port 22 not accessible for short period

We have had to temporarily block access to port 22 (SSH) on cpanel33.uk2.net

Any users wishing to connect via ssh on this server will not be able to until further notice

We hope to have this resovled and back operational within a short period of time

Network Connectivity Issues

We are aware of a network issue affecting a subset of clients in our DC5 datacentre in London. Our network team are currently working to resolve this issue and we anticipate affected clients will have service restored shortly.
