Following an earlier incident, emergency network maintenance is required in our London (DC5) datacenter to maintain uptime and optimal performance. To limit disruption, the maintenance will take place in the early hours of tomorrow morning: Maintenance Window: 15th December - 04:00 - 06:00 (2-hour window).

Affected Service(s): ALL SERVICES HOSTED IN LONDON DC5

Impact: During the maintenance window, network traffic in this location will be impacted for up to fifteen minutes and services may be intermittently available during the full window.

We're currently investigating reports of packet loss and network latency affecting a subset of clients in our London (DC5) Data Centre. Our teams are actively investigating these reports and hope to soon have these issues resolved.

  • UPDATE @ 05:09 am GMT - The window for the network maintenance is being extended. The new end time is 09:00 am GMT. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause you.
  • UPDATE @ 10:00 am GMT - Some customers may continue to experience intermittent issues while our network team work to complete this maintenance. Please contact our support team if you continue to experience issues - thank you for your patience and our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
