Title: Cpanel inaccessible via CHI

We are aware of the issue client are currently unable to access Cpanel via CHI. Our engineers are investigating the issue as a priority.

We advise using the alternative link as "DOMAIN.COM/cPanel"

We will update this post once we have any further information, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE: @17:46 GMT Our engineers have implemented a fix to resolve the issue. Cpanel is now accessible via CHI.
