As a part of our upgrade schedule, we will be upgrading our networking equipment in parts of our London Data Centre (DC5). During this time, the affected servers will be inaccessible. It is expected there will be around 30 minutes of downtime per server during this window. The upgrade process will take up to 3 to be fully completed.

Hosted Email Webmail Login Issue - sending messages via webmai.

We are investigating an issue preventing some users on Cluster A from logging into Webmail. Some customer's unable to send messages via webmail.

IMAP/POP/SMTP protocols should otherwise continue working as expected

We will provide an update once we have additional information.
