Rest assured that all your website files, databases, and other essential data will be migrated with meticulous care. While a brief downtime is anticipated during the migration, we are working diligently to keep this disruption as short as possible.

We are currently experiencing an incident that is impacting our Hosted Email Web Login. Our Technical teams have been engaged and are investigating as a priority.

UPDATE - 05:13 BST ** Our technical teams have completed the investigation and all mail services are resumed to fully operational with no further login issues. we are monitoring the state. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

UPDATE - 06:07 BST ** Email services (IMAP/POP/Webmail/Inbound emails) are offline again. Technical teams are continuing to investigate the issue. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Resolved A fix has been implemented and the hosted email web login, is now accessible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently experiencing an incident that is impacting our Hosted Email ( SMTP Authentication Failure 'Sending'). Our Technical teams have been engaged and are investigating as a priority.

UPDATE 16:40 BST Our engineering team has identified the cause to be due to a hardware issue and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

UPDATE 18:30 BST Engineering team have completed the syncing operation and are now moving over resources onto the relevant hardware.

UPDATE - 19:04 BST: ** ** RESOLVED Our engineers have completed the investigation and all mail services are resumed to fully operational with no further ( SMTP Authentication Failure 'Sending') issues.
