Our email system is now working and is receiving new emails.

Here are some questions our customers have been asking us:

Have you lost all my emails?
No, we have copies of all your old emails on our current storage network and we will be copying them to our new storage network today and tomorrow.

My email is very important to me can you restore them right now?

We are restoring email for all our customers as quickly as we can so we are unable to single out your emails to restore.

How do I know if this affects me?
This affects you if you use mail.uk2.net to collect or view your emails.

Why didn’t you tell us about this issue?
If you contacted us previously about any email issues our staff will have mentioned that we would be migrating to a new mail system, if this is the first you have heard of this we apologise for the inconvenience.

I cannot connect to mail.uk2.net via my Mail Client.
Please try to send and receive again as the server will be busy, if you still cannot get through try http://mail.uk2.net/ to login.

Email System Update for 5th of November

Engineers are still working on our email system. Old emails will be restored to your mailbox as data is copied to the new system. Engineering work may cause connection interruptions on some accounts during the day. These will be restored as work continues. Engineering work is expected to be completed by early afternoon.
