Bulk migration has been completed between the old and new systems. In a minority of cases the automatic migration has not completed successfully and these accounts are being moved manually.

Control of Domain accounts (including passwords and provisioning)
SMTP errors when sending emails- If you have followed these instructions please check that your broadband/internet provider allow mail connections to send from port 25, 465, 587 or 8025
