We are aware that slc-eros.safeukdns.net is offline and technicians are currently looking into the problem and trying to get the server back online. We will update this status with further information in due course.
UPDATE @ 18:56 : slc-eros.safeukdns.net is now back online.

At 6am GMT on the 11th of May we will be taking offline one of our Border routers for firmware upgrades.
This will not be service impacting, as our other border routers will remain up and functional during the process. There will at worst be short periods of latency during the shutdown and rebooting of this router.

Work is progressing well, but there appear to be some stale routes from one of transit providers. This means that a small number of people using a specific connection will appear unable to connect. The work should be complete within around 20 minutes where normal service will resume.
