A maintenance window has been scheduled to take place on the 18th of May from 23:00 BST till the 19th of May at 05:00 BST.
During this maintenance window, our team will be undertaking maintenance on backend systems. Whilst underway, access to the UK2 Control panel, our nameservers (dns1.uk2.net/dns2.uk2.net/dns3.uk2.net), and its services may be limited. We expect a downtime of up to 10 minutes for each nameserver.
Mail notifications about services renewal, password resets and similar will also be delayed for up to 20 minutes during this time.
Support tickets submitted during this time may be delayed by around 20 minutes. If you require urgent assistance during this scheduled maintenance window, we recommend reaching our support agents via live chat.

On the 1st of April, 2021 from 05:30 UTC until 06:00 UTC, as part of the ongoing efforts on improving the quality of our user experience, we are conducting the modernisation of the data centre network infrastructure in our London (DC5) Data Center.

Several precautions are currently in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible, and this work is not expected to be service affecting.
