We are excited to announce that we are updating our phone systems to aid in faster response times, intuitive menu options and, most importantly, better hold music!
As part of the upgrade we are announcing the following maintenance window:
Maintenance Window: 10:00 AM MST (4:00 PM UTC) - 4:00 PM (10:00 PM UTC)
For at least a two-hour period during this window, agents will be unavailable via phone as phone routing changes cut over to the new system with additional time allocated for testing/troubleshooting. For support needs, normal chat and ticket options will be available through the control panel.
