We are currently having some issues with cpanel48 which may cause some connections to fail.
Our technicians are currently working on resolving this issue though we expect the impact on customers to be very minimal.

UPDATE 4:50 AM Thursday, February 27, 2020 (GMT) - An issue between hardware and software configuration has been identified which is the root cause of service interruption. Our Administrator team is working to mitigate the issue as quickly as possible and intermittent service interruption is anticipated as we progress through addressing the underlying the hardware oriented issues.
