We are aware of an issue affecting the delivery of 2FA notification emails to Outlook and Hotmail addresses sent via our CHI Customer Control Panel.
This is due to a change in delivery behaviour on Microsoft's consumer email platform, which is currently under active investigation.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
UPDATE Microsoft have confirmed that the issue has now been fully resolved and mitigated on their side. You should begin to see improved success rates going forward. As a preventative measure, we recommend switching to an authenticator app for your 2FA method, as this avoids any potential email‑related delays or issues in the future.D
