We are currently receiving a large influx in customer contacts due to the ongoing migration to the new platform. As a result of this, you may experience longer wait times for responses via our live chat or ticketing system. Below are some FAQs that may help to address your issue;

How long will the migration take? We cannot give a specific timeframe for the migration, it is all dependent on a number of factors.

How do we know when the migration is complete? You will receive a notification when the migration has successfully completed. You will also receive a notification if it fails.

Why is my email not working after starting the migration? If the express migration was used, we will set a random password for the email account. This can be reset within your CHI account after the migration is completed.
