Past Incidents

We are experiencing intermittent issues isolated to Cluster A for hosted email services. This affects webmail and IMAP services. We are seeing this only affecting a small subset of users at this time.

Update @ Mon Nov 5 17:42:29 GMT 2018 - Our team has been able to to recover our webmail services. We are still working on any ongoing IMAP service degradation. Update @ Mon Nov 5 18:42:23 MST 2018 - Our operations team has been able to fully restore the IMAP services for Cluster A. All services are now online.

We are aware that there are issues affecting this server. We are working to get them resolved.

We are aware of issues with this server and are working to quickly identify and resolve the cause.

Update @ Wed Oct 31 22:38:43 GMT 2018 - All resources are available for use on this server now.

We are experiencing sending issues from email clients at this time and are actively investigating the problem at this time. We will update when we have more information.
