This maintenance window will start on 3rd December 2020 between the hours of 12 am - 7 am GMT. It is expected there will be around 2-3 hour hours of downtime during this window. The upgrade process will take up to 5-7 hours to fully complete.

The maintenance on cpanel23 and cpanel31 has been completed successfully, and all services are back online.

Planned start time: 23:00 (EST) - 30/11/20 Expected end time: 01:00 (EST) - 01/12/20

Scope: The new leaf switches interconnecting the old and new network in DC5 Description of the work: the switching process should be restarted on the leaf switches in DC5 as there is risk for IPv6 traffic to be dropped due to discovered software bug.

We anticipate up to 3 minutes of downtime for limited number of customers in DC5.
