Our operations team is investigating an issue affecting some users on CHI email. Users may experience issues when sending/receiving, or logging into Webmail. We will update when we have more information.

Some of our clients have reported intermittent accessibility and a full inability to access their websites and email. We have been able to trace the problem to an upstream network provider. If you believe you may be affected by this issue, please feel free to contact our support team. When contacting support on this issue, please have a traceroute/tracert or MTR ready.

UPDATE: 12/18/18 6:46 PM Our network team was able to reroute our network traffic through another network provider.
