In order to provide the best possible services to our customers, we will be conducting a cloud software upgrade in several of our SSD-VPS/Cloud Hypervisors between Tuesday, February 19th and Wednesday, February 27th.

During the specified time frames power actions and backup restores will be disabled for that zone.
Downtime for each VPS: 20 to 60 minutes.
Once maintenance is complete, we’ll re-enable each VPS and restore power actions and backup restore processes. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.

Update @ Fri Feb 15 22:37:22 GMT - The reboot is taking longer than expected. We provide an update as soon as we have more details or it is back online.
Update @ Fri Feb 15 23:08:39 GMT - While rebooting this server a file system integrity check was initiated. Currently it is 65% complete.
Update @ Fri Feb 16 00:23 GMT - The server is back online.

During the maintenance window, the virtual server section of our control panel will be taken offline which will affect our client's ability to manage their services within our control panel. Please note that this will only affect control panel functionality and your virtual server (VM) will be unaffected during the maintenance period.
UPDATE @ 11:33 PM UTC - To ensure a smooth transition we are continuing to test the upgrade. We will keep the status post updated as additional information becomes available.
