We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting our ticketing system and live chat platform. As a result, customers may be unable to submit new tickets, access existing tickets, or reach our support team via live chat.
This is being actively investigated and we are working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

2FA Email Notifications

We are aware of an issue affecting the delivery of 2FA notification emails to Outlook and Hotmail addresses sent via our CHI Customer Control Panel.
This is due to a change in delivery behaviour on Microsoft's consumer email platform, which is currently under active investigation.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
