Hosted Email Hosted email login issues

We are currently investigating reports of not being able to access webmail, or email via mail clients, which is currently affecting a small subset of our hosted email accounts. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.

  • Update @ 15:50 Our operations team are working on implementing a permanent fix. We will continue to provide updates as we work through this issue.

  • Update @ 17:22 A subset of users who try to connect to one of our IMAP nodes are not able to login to the webmail. This is due to the high load on the node. Operation team has been engaged and working on resolving the issue

We are currently investigating reports of not being able to access webmail, or email via mail clients, which is currently affecting a small subset of our hosted email accounts. Our operations team is working through this now.

  • Update @ 17:25 - The issue was identified and a fix has been implemented. All mailboxes can be accessed in webmail normally now. We will continue to monitor this to make sure service runs smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Shared Hosting Cpanel48

The server "Cpanel48" has just experienced a panic once again. Our team are aware of this issue and working on it to fix it as soon as possible.

  • Update: Our Technicians have resolved the cpanel48 connection. Sorry for the inconvenience this could have caused.

We are aware that there are issues with this server. We are working to quickly resolve them and get all services back online.

Update @ Fri Feb 28 07:40:26 GMT 2020: The server is online and available for use once again.

Shared Hosting Cpanel48 Resolved

We are currently having some issues with cpanel48 which may cause some connections to fail.

Our technicians are currently working on resolving this issue though we expect the impact on customers to be very minimal.

  • UPDATE: 27/02/2020 @ 17:01 - We are currently having some issues with cpanel48 once again today which may cause some connections to fail. Our technicians are currently working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

We are aware of issues with the server Cpanel48. We are working to bring it back online as quickly as possible.

Our technicians are currently working on resolving this issue though we expect the impact on customers to be very minimal.

  • UPDATE 4:50 AM Thursday, February 27, 2020 (GMT) - An issue between hardware and software configuration has been identified which is the root cause of service interruption. Our Administrator team is working to mitigate the issue as quickly as possible and intermittent service interruption is anticipated as we progress through addressing the underlying the hardware oriented issues.
